Park Rite choose Sentient VPay
Sept 2008 - Dublin based Park Rite Ltd has selected Sentient to enhance their service offering. In the car parking business since 1975, Park Rite is now the largest operator of public car parks in Ireland, managing approximately 25,000 spaces. It is also involved in parking management services in Galway, Wicklow, Bray and Ardee. Park Rite is the only car parking company in Ireland to be awarded the prestigious Q Mark from the Irish Quality Association.

From November Dublin drivers will be able to make automated payments using a debit or credit card over the phone. Customer care is a guiding principle in all aspects of Park Rites's business, this new service is quick, private and available 24 x 7.
1st UK Client for Smart Messaging with Integrated Auto Payment
Sept 2008 - Credit Resource Solutions (CRS), a rapidly growing debt collection company based in Halifax, went live on the 5th Sept. Sentient has integrated the auto payment solution with VoiceSage Smart Messaging. Debtors receive an automated outbound telephone call alerting them to the outstanding debt and inviting them to make an immediate payment using a debit or credit card. They are then transferred seamlessly and securely to the Sentient platform for processing.

June 2008 - Sentient announced the launch of a new innovative service in conjunction with Ryanair, Europe's largest airline. Most flight information is just a snap shot in time, Flight tracker is different.

Flight Tracker allows anyone interested in a Ryanair departure or arrival to one of 24 UK or 7 Irish airports to get an instant flight status and receive SMS updates on progress including actual take off time, scheduled landing time, actual landing time and delay alerts.

The service is accessed by dialling a UK/ROI national number from a mobile phone and using speech recognition to identify the Ryanair flight.

Permanent TSB Pilot Voice Surveys
May 2008 - Sentient announced the launch of a pilot programme of their Voice Surveys application with Permanent TSB. This programme will run for three months and enabling PTSB gain invaluable real-time insights into their customer’s attitudes. The bank has chosen their Open24 division for the pilot due to its award winning customer service. Voice Survey was seen as a perfect fit to enable Open24 learn more about their customers views of their service. Sentient have worked closely with PTSB to design a Voice Survey that is tailored exactly to Open24s demanding requirements.
